INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains what information bitcointradingsites.net ("we", "us") collects when you visit the site, what we do with it, and what we do not do. We keep this policy short because our data collection is minimal.

In plain terms: we do not ask for your name, we do not require an account, we do not run advertising networks or third-party analytics services, and we do not set tracking cookies.

WHAT WE COLLECT

1. Server logs

Like virtually every website, our web server keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting. These contain your IP address, the requested page, the date and time, your browser type (user agent) and the referring page. This data is used only to operate and secure the site (for example, to block bots and abuse) and is deleted automatically after a short period according to the hosting provider's standard retention. We do not use it to build profiles.

2. Anonymous usage statistics (first-party, cookie-free)

We count page views with our own, self-hosted statistics beacon – a tiny invisible image request to our own server. When a page loads, it records:

• the page path you viewed,
• the referring page (if any),
• a coarse device class (desktop, mobile or tablet) derived from your browser's user agent,
• the date and hour of the visit,
• a random identifier that your browser generates locally and stores in your browser's local storage. It is not derived from your identity or your IP address; it only lets us distinguish roughly between visits, not between people.

Importantly: we do not store your IP address in the statistics database, we use no cookies for statistics, no cross-site tracking, and no data leaves our server. The statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you.

If you prefer not to be counted, you can clear your browser's site data (this deletes the local random identifier), browse with "Do Not Track" or tracking protection enabled, or block requests to /admin/track.php with a content blocker. All features of the site work normally without it.

3. What we do NOT collect

• No names, email addresses or other personal data – there are no accounts, comments, contact forms or newsletters on this site.
• No cookies set by us for tracking or advertising.
• No third-party analytics, ad networks or social media trackers (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Piwik/Matomo cloud, nothing of that kind).

AFFILIATE LINKS

This site contains links to external trading platforms and service providers. Some of them are affiliate links: if you click through and open an account, we may receive a commission from the provider. This is how the site is financed. Clicking such a link leaves our site – from that point on, the third party's own privacy policy applies, and we have no influence over what they collect. Their tracking (if any) happens on their side, not through us.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our pages link to third-party websites and services that are not affiliated with us. Once you leave our site via such a link, any information you provide is outside this Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of every third-party site before sharing information with it.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including access to, correction of and deletion of your personal data. Because we collect almost nothing that could identify you, these rights will rarely be relevant in practice – but they apply. California residents have corresponding rights under the CCPA; we do not sell personal information (we have none to sell).

CHILDREN

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
